RCCD College Libraries Open to the Public
Community members are welcome to borrow books or use the computers at RCCD's three college libraries.
To get a library card bring a picture ID (Driver's license or other California picture ID with your current address) to the college library nearest you. You must be over 16 years of age and live within the district.
The library card is free but there is a $5 activation charge, which validates your card for one semester.
Community borrowers can check out up to five general circulation books at the same time for 21 days. You may not check out reserved items. Books may be returned using the "book return chute" outside each library. Overdue books will be charged at the rate of 20 cents a day per item. There is a $1 charge to replace lost or stolen library cards.
PCs with Internet access are available to the public at all three college libraries. RCC students, faculty and staff have priority so check with the Circulation Desk if you want ot use a computer for more than an hour.
All three libraries are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Call the individual college libraries or check their websites for weekday hours.
