Professional & Organizational Development Sub-Committee
Committee Charge
A permanent sub-committee serving as an advisory body for professional development
opportunities throughout the District. Facilitates and provides training to employees
in maintaining, enhancing, and acquiring skills. Creates a personal development system
to ensure that district personnel update and improve their knowledge and skills.

Vice Chancellor, Human Resources and Employee Relations – co-chair (1)
Director, Learning, Organizational Development, and Human Resources Communications (1)
Faculty member from each college, ideally District Faculty Development Coordinator (3)
Faculty Association representative (1)
Classified Professional representative (1)
