Master Planning
Riverside Community College District (RCCD) recognizes that thoughtful planning is important to ensure effective management of the District. The District Strategic Plan 2019-24 sets the key strategic goals and objectives for District. Additional plans, such as the District Strategic Fiscal Plan, Facilities Master Plan, and District Strategic Technology Plan, provide focus and direction for specific areas, as needed.
Each of the three colleges within the district has their own internal processes for planning and evaluation.
These plans are simultaneously integrated into the district-wide planning and resource allocation processes.
