Additionally, we are putting the dues money to good use! The Association hosts meetings and retreats which provide excellent professional development opportunities and networking with colleagues across the district. The MLA continues to recognize the value of our members and their work through awards and gift cards at MLA events. Additionally, we continue to support our team members by sending cards, floral arrangements or making contributions to a designated cause for colleagues who have experienced a personal loss. We also acknowledge the accomplishments of managers who resign or retire.

Our membership cost is a sliding scale depending on your salary range; we strive
to ensure the monthly payroll deduction remains affordable for all managers. If you
are joining for the first time, please download the Association Dues Form and sign
the 
and send it inter-campus mail to: Nader Ghopreal, Director of Business Services, Moreno Valley College. If you are already a member, payroll deduction of your dues will continue indefinitely
or upon separation from employment.
Please note if your classification changes, your dues will reflect the change. If you are uncertain if you have paid, please contact Nader for verification. The dues amounts are:

For all of these reasons and more, we need to continue to be a strong, unified, group of dedicated and committed professionals. We need your support and welcome your participation. The MLA depends on annual membership dues to make all of this happen and we've agreed to the dues structure listed above. Make this the year we can say we have 100% participation across the district! We are very close to reaching that goal!
