The Position

The next President of Moreno Valley College will:
        • Provide visionary leadership to advance student success, promote academic excellence, and enhance institutional effectiveness

        • Strengthen and expand community partnerships with businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions
        • Advocate for funding and resources necessary to support growth, infrastructure development, and academic programs
        • Promote continuous professional development among administrators, faculty, and classified professionals
        • Collaborate with the Board of Trustees, District Chancellor, and the California Community College Chancellor’s Office on strategic initiatives
        • Ensure compliance with California Community College policies and accreditation standards while championing guided pathways, student equity plans, and workforce-aligned curriculum development
