Local College & University Officials Kick Off #CaliforniansForAll College Corps Recruitment

On Wednesday (4-13), local college leaders met with California's Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond, and Chief Service Officer Josh Fryday, at Riverside City College to encourage students to apply for the inaugural class of the #CaliforniansForAll College Corps. The press conference was livestreamed on Facebook by Riverside City College and can be viewed here.
Students who complete 450 hours of service with College Corps will receive $10,000, plus academic credit, work experience, training, networking opportunities, and a sense of pride and accomplishment in working toward a common purpose alongside young leaders from across the state.
