The Chancellor of the Riverside Community College District (RCCD) invites nominations and applications for the position of Deputy Chancellor and Provost (DCP). The DCP serves as the District's senior deputy administrative executive, overseeing overall District operations and representing the Chancellor on institutionally significant matters. 

Minimum Qualifications:

      • A Master's degree from an accredited institution
      • Five years of successful experience in a senior leadership role
      • Demonstrated cultural competency and commitment to serving diverse populations

Desirable Qualifications:

      • Doctorate degree preferred
      • More than five years of full-time experience as an administrator (college president, CEO, or equivalent)
      • Demonstrated success in managing complex budgets and working within participatory governance structures
      • Experience with policy development, board engagement, facilities planning, and personnel management
      • Strong understanding of student services, strategic planning, and academic operations
      • Knowledge of technology integration, crisis management, and risk assessment
      • Experience working in California's public higher education system will be an advantage
      • Experience fostering external partnerships and regional collaboration
