Titan Contractors Reinstates State Certifications and Secures $57K Public Works Contract

The Inland Empire APEX Accelerator (IE APEX) recently partnered with Titan Contractors, a full-service paving company based in Moreno Valley specializing in asphalt, concrete, crack sealing, and seal coating to help them reinstate key state certifications through the California Department of General Services (DGS).
With guidance from IE APEX, Titan successfully renewed their Small Business (SB), Small Business for Public Works (SB-PW), and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certifications. The impact was immediate: in June 2025, Titan Contractors was awarded a $57,200 contract from the Military. This achievement highlights the critical role certifications play in unlocking government contracting opportunities for small and veteran-owned businesses.
