This retreat is designed for RCCD department chairs, guided pathways leads, enrollment management and strategic planning committee members, as well as engagement center professionals to immerse in a collaborative environment for districtwide planning and sharing of strategies for enrollment management and guided pathways work.

Agenda activities will begin at 9 am on Friday, May 3, 2024. An optional breakfast
is provided beginning at 8 am.

Mileage
Mileage reimbursements are provided by RCCD. On the Sign-in Sheet please indicate if you would like the Educational Services department to submit a
mileage reimbursement report on your behalf. Please note these will include a deduction
of your normal commute mileage.

Upon arrival, please proceed to check-in at the main entrance lobby where you will find the meeting materials for the day's activities.
