Report the Incident

All RCCD employees and designated volunteers are required to report any work-related injury or illness, regardless of severity.

Triage - RCCD

RCCD partners with CarivaCare to provide 24/7 nurse triage services. Nurses evaluate workplace injuries, offer treatment advice, and, if needed, authorize care at an industrial clinic.

Steps if you are injured at work:

    1. Notify your supervisor
    2. Call CarivaCare 24/7 Nurse Line – 1-833-284-3670
      Report your injury and receive treatment guidance and clinic information. 
    3. Complete and return Workers Compensation Claim Paperwork to Risk Management
