Institutional Data & Reporting
The office of Institutional Reporting and Academic Services facilitates state reporting and ad-hoc Internal Reporting. The office maintains a data repository of critical data elements to facilitate institutional research, analysis and decision making.
The office also works closely with all service areas in terms of reporting activities
for categorical allocations and supplement enhancement of work flows.

State regulations impact our scheduling and FTES reporting.
The scheduling guidelines, grid and the calculator facilitates set-up of classes to ensure accountability on FTES reporting.
Institutional support and training is provided on a continuous basis for enhancements on scheduling to achieve a balance between growth and efficiency.
