In June 2020, RCCD Board of Trustees awarded a multi-year contract to Anthology (formerly known as Campus Management) to implement software solution through an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project. This solution is a replacement for the District's current ERP system, Colleague/Datatel. The project, known as Project Nexus, will consist of four major components:

Why Project Nexus? 

Our institution serves a continuously growing and evolving community here in Riverside County and surrounding areas, and our commitment to supporting the needs of our current and future students is core to the missions of each of our colleges and emphasized by our District Strategic Plan. Achieving our strategic objectives in access, student success and institutional effectiveness requires the provision of powerful technology that supports the important work of our faculty and staff and the success of our students. Project Nexus introduces a suite of web-based, modern and re-architected solutions that will increase operational effectiveness and efficiencies in business processes and services.

At the conclusion of this process, we expect to achieve enhanced system capabilities and improved operational efficiencies based on value-added and institution needs, as evidenced by:​
